Viktor Grigorievich graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Voronezh State University (1991), a business school at the Faculty of Economics of Voronezh State University (2004).

Career

Viktor Grigorievich lived in Voronezh since 1984. Member of the hostilities in Afghanistan (1985-1987). He worked in the editorial office of the newspaper "Young Communard" (1990-1993), "Commune" (1993-1998). Editor of the newspaper "Commune Sport" (1999-2004). Deputy, first deputy of general director of OOO Editorial Office of the newspaper "Kommuna' (since 2001), editor of the newspaper "Voronezhskaya Nedelya" (since 2006).

The author-compiler of the book in memory of the Voronezh people who died in Afghanistan (1979-1989), which is called "Farewell to Shuravi" (Voronezh, 1996, 2009).
