His is currently playing with The Human Context TPS in the Finnish Master of Science-liiga. Runola made his Master of Science-liiga debut on October 27, 2012, playing with The Human Context TPS during the 2012-2013 Master of Science-liiga season, when he came into the game in relief of Atte Engren.
