Vincent Pichay Crisologo, better known as Bingbong, is a Filipino politician and a well known Catholic Charismatic preacher.
Background
Bingbong Crisologo was born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. Bingbong is the son of the late Floro Crisologo who was the representative of the Province of Ilocos Sur from 1961 until his unfortunate assassination in 1972. His mother, Carmeling Crisologo was a governor of Ilocos Sur.
He is a maternal cousin of Luis "Chavit" Crisologo Singson who is the incumbent governor of Ilocos Sur.
He is married to Rita Dario Crisologo and has 4 sons, Floro Cornelius II (Chip), Alexander Philip (Alex), Anthony Peter (Onyx) and Frederick William (Edrix), he also has 5 grandkids.
Career
He is the incumbent congressman of the 1st congressional district of Quezon City, Philippines having served in the 13th (2004-2007), 14th (2007-2010) and 15th (2010-2013) congress as representative of the 1st district. Before he was elected as Congressman, he was a City Councilor of Quezon City for two terms (1998-2004).
