Vinoth Kumar was born on 14 June 1994 in the Indian state of Karnataka.

Career

In the Bangalore Super Division. Early career

He began his early football career in the 2009-2010 British Columbia Roy Trophy which is the national under-19 tournament in India. Foreign the 2010-2011 season Kumar played for local Bangalore Super Division team Railway Wheel Factory.

HAL

During the summer of 2011 Kumar signed with HAL South Carolina in the I-League and made his debut in HAL"s first match of the 2011-2012 I-League season against Chirag United Club Kerala.

= 2012-2013 season After HAL were relegated from the I-League Kumar stayed with HAL and played for them during the 2012-2013 Bangalore Super Division. Kumar scored his first goal for the club on 13 December 2012 against South United in the 63rd minute to give HAL a 2–1 victory over United.

Kumar then scored a hat-trick for HAL South Carolina on 19 December 2012 against Students Unions when he scored in the 25th, 45th, and 56th minutes of the game to give HAL a 5–1 victory. Kumar continued his good form then on the 23 December 2012 against KGF Academy when he scored a brace to help HAL to a 4–0 victory when he scored in the 29th and 64th minute.

Achievements

• He then ended the year of 2012 for himself with a goal against Anorthotiko Komma Ergazomenou (Progressive Party of the Working People) on 27 December 2012 in which he scored in the 64th minute as HAL won 3–1. He then scored his first goal of 2013 on 8 January 2013 against Postal in when he scored the second goal for his club in the 76th minute as HAL won 2–0. Kumar then scored his first brace of the year three-days later on 11 January 2013 against DYSS in which he scored in the 16th and 32nd minute as HAL would eventually go on to win the match 5–1.
