In 1998 Violaine was a student of the Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. She became a Master of Arts in the area of psychology. In four years Violaine received a degree of the Doctor of Philosophy in psychology.
From 1989 to 1991 Violaine was a research assistant in Gouirand and Company in Paris, France. In 1991 he worked as a consultant in EGOR Resources Humaines in Paris, France.
