Food technologist, Institute of Nutrition, Bangkok, 1979-1982; research assistant, Oregon State University, Corvallis, 1986-1989; member of faculty, Institute of Nutrition, Nakornpathom, Thailand, since 1989. Consultant Theppadungporn Coconut Company Ltd., Thailand, since 1989, C.P. Food Products Company Ltd., Thailand, since 1992. Project consultant Food and Drug Administration of Thailand, Bangkok, since 1989.
