Education
In 1966 Vitaliy Raevskiy began his education at the Odessa Artillery Institute. Where he graduated in 1969. During the 1978-1981 he attended Frunze Military Academy.
He also attended Voroshilov Military Academy of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Army General Staff from 1989 until 1991.
Career
1985 - 1987 - 56th Air Assault Regiment Airborne Division of Northern Group of Forces Organized Ukrainian Airmobile Forces.
