Vitaly Nikolaevich Latartsev was an engineer, senior engineer of the production association "Electronics" (1968-1979), manager of external relations at the enterprises of the electronics industry (Voronezh, 1979-1991). Since 1991, Vitaly worked as the director of the branch of the underwater technical works in the scientific and production association "Novator", since 1994, the general director of ZAO "Peter".
