In 1965 he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Voronezh Construction-Engineering Institute.
Career
From 1967 to 1968 he worked at Giproprom Institute, and from 1968 to 1996 – at Voronezh Construction-Engineering Institute.
Achievements

Antsiperov is the author, co-author and head of creative teams of projects of engineering, auxiliary, on-siite, administrative and laboratory buildings of electronic industry enterprises built in Voronezh, Orel, Kherson, Bryansk, Kotovsk (Tambov region), Moscow, Kaluga. He also participated in designing of exhibition shops Elektronica in Voronezh, Adlera, Samara etc.
