Career
In youth follower of Ukraine democrat M. North. Dragomanov, then joined Ukraine Social-Democratic Party. 1917 elected to its Central Committee: 1918-1919 as chairman, first Council of National Ministers, appointed by Ukraine Directory, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs, took active part in struggle against Soviet regime. 1921 organized, then headed Ukraine Autocephalous Church.
1926 organizer and deputy chairman, Ukraine Liberation League. 1930 sentenced in Ukraine Liberation League trial.
