1917 graduate medical orderlies school. In 1920's graduate Medical Faculty, Moscow University.
1914 joined Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party and did underground revol work. Elected to Bolshevik faction, sov of workers and soldiers’ deputy. After graduate from medical orderlies school, worked as doctor’s assistant at dispensary of ’’Richard Political’” and Stal’ Plants, where he conducted Party propaganda.
During Civil War fought with partisan detachments on Southern Front in rear of White armies. Then commanded mounted reconnaissance squad. Helped crush peasant revolts.
After graduate university head, Tambov, then Kostroma Province Health Department. Head, Personnel Board, People's Commissariat of Health. Chief physician, Moscow Oblast’s Yakovenko Psychiatric Hospital.
Founder and director, specialist medical orderlies’ school. Then director, Moscow Oblast Institute of Psychoneurology. Chief physician, Kursk, then Kalinin Psychiatric Hospital.
During World War 2 served with Soviet Army and headed specialized military hospital. 1945, after discharge from the army, returned to Kalinin’s Litvinov Psychiatric Hospital. From 1948 chief physician, Moscow Oblast’s Yakovenko Psychiatric Hospital.
1959 directed organisation and construction of Moscow Oblast Psychoneurological Hospital Nr 17 in village Kurilovo, Podol’sk Rayon, Moscow Oblast. Until his death served as chief physician at this hospital. Repeatedly elected member, sov of workers’ deputy.
Board member, All-Russian Neuropathologists and Psychiatrists’ Social.
