GURGAL, Vladimir was born in 1924 in Lvov, Ukrainia.
1948 as a turner at Lvov Machine-Building Plant was one of the first to apply high-speed metal-cutting. Worked out and introduced many labor-saving proposals and inventions. Leader, Team of Communist Labor.
