Education
In 1970 he graduated from high school.
He entered Grodno State Polytechnical Institute named after J.Kupala. In 1975 he startied his postgraduate study at the Chair of Political Economy, Belarusian State University.
Career
In 1981 after successful defence of his master's thesis he has started to work in Belarusian State University where he worked as a teacher at the Department of Economics. He was appointed Head of the Department in 1991.
