Raised artistic level of Moscow and Saint St. Petersburg’s official theaters by recruiting such young and talented actors and stage director as Chaliapine, Sobinov, Meycrhold, etc, and set designers linked with the “World of Art” associate - KJ.
Korovin, A.Ya. Golovin, et cetera 1898—1917 kept a diary which runs to 50 volume and contains valuable data for theater historians (displayed at Bakhrushin Theater Museum).
