Education
Prior to studying at Mannes, Valjarević attended the Primary and Secondary Music School in Tuzla (Bosnia) in the class of Planinka Jurišić and Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and the Conservatory of Music in Belgrade (both in Serbia) in the class of Arbo Valdma.
Career
Additional studies include Master Classes with Pascal Devoyon, Philippe Bianconi, Gaby Casadesus, Lilian Kallir, Eteri Andjaparidze, Lydia Kouteva. Valjarevic received his doctoral degree at the Mason Gross School of the Arts of the Rutgers University under the direction of Susan Starr. Valjarević has participated in festivals such as IP Multimedia Subsystem Prussia Cove in England.
