Vostrukhov, Vladimir was born in 1895.


During World War I on active service. Joined the Red Army, 1919, and took part in the Civil War. Regimental commander, 1921.

Professor at the Vystrel Courses. During World War II, supply specialist. After World War II, Head of the Rear Administration and Supply Academy.

Head of the Rear Administration of the Air Force, 1949-1953.

The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
