1926-1934 postgraduate student, assistant professor, then associate professor, Chair of Histology and Embryology, Tomsk University. 1934-1952 head, Chair of Histology and Embryology, Omsk Medical Institute. During World War 2 helped organize evacuation hospitals in Omsk.
Directed an evacuation hospital. Deputy director, Omsk Medical Institute. 1952-1966 head, Chair of Histology and Embryology, Sechenov 1st Moscow Medical Institute.
Also deputy chairman, All-Union Sciences Social of Anatomists, Histologists and Embryologists. Chairman, bd, Moscow Social of Anatomists, Histologists and Embryologists. Chairman, Morphology Problem Commission, Learned Medical Council, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Minister of Health.
Member, Expert Commission, Higher QualiEcations Commission. Member, editorial board, journal “Arkhiv anatomii, gistologii i embriologii”. Presidium member. Learned Medical Council, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Minister of Health.
Member, Party Bureau, 1st Moscow Medical Institute. Presented papers at 1947 Histological in Leningrad and at 1949 and 1958 Congresses of Anatomists, Histologists and Embryologists. Wrote over 50 works on histology, methods of teaching histology, studies of connective tissue, inflammatory processes, vitamin deficiency, reactivity of cell elements, regeneration, et cetera
