From 1903 active in revol movement. 1905 member, Moscow Socialist-Revol Committee. December 1905 took part in armed uprising in Moscow, during World War 1 adopted defensist stand.
1917 member, Executive Committee, Petrograd Soviet. Company-ed, Socialist-Revol organ “Dclo naroda”. After 1917 October Revol opposed Soviet regime.
1918 worked with Committee of Members of the Constituent Assembly, Samara. Candidate member, Ufa Directorate. Emigrated to France; 1920 joined Foreign Delegation of Socialist-Revol Party.
