Vladimir Dmitrievich is in Voronezh since 1958. He attended V.S. Gendelman’s art studios based on the Mechanical plant’s club (1962) and G.А. Goncharov’s studios at garrison House of Officers (1963-1966).
Vladimir graduated from Decorative design arts department of Penza Art College (1969, educators – I. M. Kulikov, G.V. Pankov), Interior and Equipment Design Department of Leningrad Higher School of Art and Industry named after V. I. Mukhina (1974, educators – V.А. Petrov, V.P. Pushkin, S.S. Turin).
Vladimir Dmitrievich was an artist of Abakan art production studios (1974-1978), Voronezh creative production center (1978-1989), RSFSR Art Fund. He has participated in numerous regional, zonal, republican exhibitions since 1978.
Vladimir Dmitrievich set the following monumental decorative compositions: "Svyaz" on the facade of Radio House in the city of Abakan (1975, sgraffito), painting in the foyer of circus "Cirkovye zhanry" (Voronezh, 1981), "Gusi-lebedi" on the facade of "Detsky mir" store (Voronezh, 1982, terracotta), "Prazdnik Petrushki" in the foyer of Voronezh State Puppet Theatre "Clown" (1984, encaustic painting), in the swimming pool interior finish of Voronezh Pioneer Palace (1988, terracotta; with N. F. Suvorkov), inlaid wall on the territory of the plant named after D. I. Mendeleev in Moscow (1989, with V.I. Karev) and many others.
