Vladimir Ilyich Shulga studied at the theater studio at the Voronezh Palace of Pioneers (1966-1970) under S.P. Ponomarev’s direction. In 1974 he graduated from the Gorky Theater School (course of V.S. Sokoloverov).
Vladimir Ilyich worked in the theaters of Kaliningrad, Magnitogorsk (1974-1982), in the Perm Theatre For Young Spectators (1982-2000). In 2000-2001, an actor of the Central Academic Theatre of the Russian Army; since 2001, the Moscow theaters "School of Modern Play" and "Hermitage", where he plays the role of a classical and modern repertoire. As a director, he carried out a number of productions in the theaters of Magnitogorsk and Perm.
