Vladimir Ivanovich graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute (now Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering) (1979).
Vladimir Ivanovich was an employee of the Voronezh Special Scientific and Restoration Workshop (1978-1981), an architect of the Bogucharsky District (1981-1982), an architect of the department of the chief architect of the administration of the Bogucharsky District (1982-1993), a regional inspector for the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of the Voronezh Region (since 1993). He also was a Chairman of the Russian branch of the international tapestry of the century.
Now Vladimir Ivanovich lives in the city of Boguchar. He is a Member of regional and regional art exhibitions (since 1989).
Vladimir Ivanovich is the author of construction and reconstruction projects for buildings in Boguchar, Kalach, Pavlovsk, Voronezh Region, including the architectural design of the monument to Mikhail Alexandrovich Sholokhov in Boguchar, the monument to the “Afghans” (Boguchar, 2009), as well as the wooden Church of the Intercession in Grushino village, Verkhnekhavsky district, Voronezh region (2006-2008).
