In 1952-1964, Vladimir Naumovich was an economist at the machine-building plant named after V. Lenin in Voronezh. Since 1964, he have been a researcher, head of the laboratory, director of the Research Institute of Economics. He was a docent, professor and head of the department of labor economics and management fundamentals of the Voronezh State University.
Author of more than 300 works, including such books as "Structure of industrial enterprise management" (Voronezh, 1974), "Organization of scientific research management in universities" (Voronezh, 1981), "Models of macroeconomic equilibrium" (Voronezh, 1994), and others.
