Vladimir Vladimirovich Sokolov was a dancer of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Voronezh Military District (1949-1953), soloist of the Voronezh State Academic Russian Folk Choir named after K. I. Massalitinov (1955-1957), choreographer of the club of Voronezh students (1961-1965), Inter-Union House of amateur performances (1965-1967). In 1967-1971 he worked in the House of Culture of Trade Unions (the city of Lipetsk).
In 1971-2002, artistic director, choreographer of many Voronezh ensembles (House of Culture named after the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution, garrison House of Officers and others).
