Vladislav Ivanovich Chernyavsky was born on September 1, 1949, in Kirov, Russian Federation.
In 1986, Vladislav Ivanovich graduated from the acting department of the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music, and Cinematography named after N.K. Cherkasov (now Russian State Institute of Performing Arts) (course of M.M. Korolev and V.M. Sovetov).
Vladislav Ivanovich worked as an artist in the puppet theaters of Kirov (1974-1980), Vologda (1980-1982), Chelyabinsk (1982-1987), in 1987-2009 at the Voronezh Puppet Theater "Jester".
Among the main roles: The Rich Man ("Japanese Tales"), Uncle, Father ("The Lake Boy" Pavel Vezhinov), Parasite ("From the Life of Insects" Karel Chapek), Nightingale ("The Nightingale and the Emperor" Vladimir Sinakevich), Dolphit, Roma ("Arthur Wuy’s Career" by Bertold Brecht), Tsar ("Two Masters" by Yuri Eliseev), Manzhefe ("Pinocchio" by Michel Rosenman), Barmaley ("Barmaley against Aibolit" by Vadim Korostylev and Rolan Bykov) and many others.
In 1997, Vladislav Ivanovich created the Vlada puppet theater, where he performs as an artist, director, and author of dramatizations. He staged 6 performances, including Once Upon a Time (1997), The Legacy of Bahram (1998), Summer Adventures (1999) and others.
