He is currently playing for Ukrainian side Football Club Dynamo Kyiv. Ihnatyev is a product of Football Club Shakhtar, Football Club Krystal and Football Club Metalurh Zaporizhya youth sportive systems He made his debut for Metalurh Zaporizhya in the Ukrainian Premier League in a match against Football Club Dynamo Kyiv on 4 December 2015.
