Active in 1917 October Revol in Kazan’. First Tatar Republic People’s Conir of Posts and Telegraphs. From 1918 in Red Army.
Political work in Civil War. In 1930’s commands with Air Force and anti-aircraft defense system. 1938 arrested by People’s Commissariat of Internal Affairs.
