WEBBER, W. D. was born in July 1834. Son of Reverend T. Webber, Rector of Castlemacadam, Company Wicklow, owner of Leckfield and other estates in Company Sligo, and Frances, daughter and heiress of the Reverend Thomas Kelly of Kellavil, Queen's Company.
Studied at Trinity College, Dublin. Bachelor of Arts.
Occupations: agriculture, estate management, and county public business. Justice of the Peace Queen's and Cork Counties. Resident Irish landowner.
