The Law firm began in 1980, when senior partner, R. Edison Hill, departed a large corporate and insurance defense firm to begin a small personal injury practice.
The six lawyers in this firm engage exclusively in representing victims of personal injury. All five partners are of similar age and experience.
Four of the partners have been in practice for 22 years, and one has been in practice for 19 years. Recognizing that traumatic brain injury is now a highly specialized area of personal injury law, this firm has concentrated in developing expertise in this area, by attending and presenting at seminars and being very active in the National Brain Injury Foundation.
