Assisted in organization and became general manager Morris Plan Industrial Bank of New York (became Industrial Bank of Commerce).

Later elected executive vice president, Chairman of the Board, chairman of the executive committee and director honorary life chairman Consumers Bankers Association, Washington. Director, Morris Plan Insurance Society (now Bankers Secur.

Life Insurance Society). Director General Contract Purchase Corporation.
