He attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he was a three-time All-MEAC performer. During his tenure as a professional athlete with the Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens, and New Orleans Saints, Williams was able to excel as an undrafted free agent. He was the first franchised player in Baltimore Ravens history.
He is currently an analyst for Columbia Broadcasting System Radio in Baltimore, Doctor of Medicine. In 2015 was inducted to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University Hall of Fame.
