Educational public schools, and Capital U., Columbus, Ohio.

Career

Private Company A., 174th Ohio Volunteer Infantry in Civil War. Admitted to bar, Supreme Court of Ohio, 1869, and began practice at Columbia City, Indiana, 1869. Member Indiana Senate, 1877-1879.

Judge of Circuit Court, 1884-1888, resigned. Justice Supreme Court, Indiana, January 7, 1889-June 15, 1893, resigned. Practiced law, Chicago, 1893-1901, Fort Wayne, Indiana, March since 1901.

Indiana attorney for New York,C.&St. Louis Railroad Company, district attorney New York Central Railway Company. Local attorney L.E.&W. Railroad Company, Ohio Electric Railway Company, etc.

Religion

Politics

All human life is created by God and therefore is significant and valuable. When governments implement the capital punishment, then the life of the convicted is devalued and all possibilities of change education.
