Presiding judge The United States of America Circuit Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, June 4, since 1903. Conducted receivership U.P. Railroad Company, 1893-1898, distributing $260,000,000, receivership of Commerce.G.W. Railroad Company, 1908-1909, receivership of Frisco Railroad Company, 1913-1914, and receivership of D.&Radh Govinda Railroad Company, since 1918. Wrote decision in Trans-Missouri Freight Association case, 1893, Standard Oil Corporation case, 1909, Oklahoma gas case, 1911.
