Mr. Thompson also encourages his firm"s participation in community and political projects, as he has served as President of the Coahoma County Chamber of Commerce (1983) and as Chairman of the Coahoma County Democratic Executive Committee (1983). Mr. Thompson has also served on the Mississippi Democratic Executive Committee, the Democratic National Committee Board, the Executive Committee of the DNC Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees of the DNC, Mississippi State Finance Chairman for Senator John Glenn, Governor Michael Dukakis, Governor Bill Clinton and Senator First Rate (at Lloyd's) Gore.
