He is Head of Digital for Condé Nast United Kingdom. In 2007 he founded, with Justin Gayner, the video network ChannelFlip. He is the former editor in chief of the bit-tech enthusiast website, resigning from his post at the end of March 2007, after spending six years contributing. He regularly appears on This Week in Technical, the technology podcast, and has written for British Broadcasting Corporation News Online, The Inquirer and The Register.
Harris holds a degree in Law from the University of Oxford.
