Afterwards presented the Mahdi’s standard to Queen Victoria at Windsor. Burmah Campaign, 1885-1886 (medal and clasp, despatches). Temporary Resident Magistrate in Ireland during disturbances in 1882. Major, late of Royal Artillery; Honourable Colonel of 3rd Welsh Brigade Royal Field Artillery; Private Secretory to the Duke of Westminster; one of His (or Her) Majesty Honourable Corps of Gentlemen-at-Arms; Justice of the Peace Cheshire.
