Career
As a quarterback with Virginia Technical, Furrer became one of the top quarterbacks in school history and he is currently ranked third on the list of all-time career passing leaders for Virginia Technology Finishing with a career record of 16-18-1, Furrer is, as of 2013, the last full-time starting quarterback to have a losing record for Virginia Technology Furrer was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fourth round of the 1992 NFL Draft.
When he was drafted he was quoted as saying "One of my biggest problems will be trying to figure out whether to call Mike Singletary mister or sir".
Prior to founding IF marketing & advertising, he was Director of Web Technologies for S1 Corporation. Will Furrer now serves as the Senior Vice President of Product for Q2, and is responsible for leading Q2"s overall product, marketing, and branding efforts.
Will sits on the Fork Union Military Academy Board of Trustees and is President of the Georgetown Soccer Association Board. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Virginia Technical where he serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, and has held positions on the Distinguished Alumni Board for English.
