Mary Augsbury was Regent of the New York State Conference of the Daughters of the American Revolution in 1913 and 1914. They also established a paper mill, and in 1914 Willard became President of the Bank of Antwerp. He died on August 15, 1939, in Antwerp, New New York
And was buried at the Hillside Cemetery there.
He was a member of the New York State Assembly (Jefferson Company, 2nd Doctorate) in 1915, 1916 and 1917. And a member of the New York State Senate (37th Doctorate) in 1923 and 1924.
