William H. Blair was a Captain and company commander in the 51st Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, Colonel and commander of the 179th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and a Union Brevet Brigadier General during the American Civil War.
Career
Blair was buried at the Union Cemetery in Bellefonte.
