Commanded 35th Regimental District, Sussex. Specially employed in Zulu War, 1879 (medal and clasp). And during the South African War, 1900-1901-2 (medal with clasp, King’s medal with two clasps). ' C.C.; Commanding Middlesex Brigade; late 1 Mayor, Royal Borough of Kensington.
