This book was originally published prior to 1923, and represents a reproduction of an important historical work, maintaining the same format as the original work. Studied at Trinity College, Dublin. For many years Director of the Dublin Military Classes. Doctor of Laws; Doctor of Civil Law.
Member of the Academic Body elected to assist the Board of Trinity College in the government of the University of Dublin. Sometime Chairman of Dublin Council of Teachers’ Guild of Great Britain and Ireland, Council of Classical Association, of Dublin Sanitary Association, and of various local societies. Freemason, for many years Grand Officer of the Freemasons of Ireland.
