An elder who protested Massachusetts General Court’s censuring of apostasy in the church, 1671. Opposed taxes of Andros Government in Massachusetts, 1687. Opposed witch-hunting in Massachusetts Author: Narrative of the Troubles with the Indians in New England, 1677.
