William "Bill" Louis Barry is a former rower who won a silver medal for Great Britain in the coxless fours at the 1964 Olympics.

He is coach to Great Britain sculler Alan Campbell, who won Olympic bronze in the single at London 2012. He is the great-nephew of former world professional champion Ernest Barry. Barry won the Wingfield Sculls four years running from 1963 to 1966.
