Career
Lieutenant, 3rd Battalion Royal Highlanders, Militia, 1885. 2nd Lieutenant, Grenadier Guards, 1887. Served in Soudan Campaign, 1898 (Khartoum, Queen’s and Khedive’s medals and clasp).
Served South Africa, 1900-1902 (King’s and Queen’s medals with 5 clasps). Retired as Captain, 1902.
