Career
He moved to Rome in 1958 to study at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia with Carlo Zecchi and later with Renata Borgatti. After graduating, he took lessons with Rudolf Serkin, and with Alicia de Larrocha in Barcelona. He holds the "Theo Lieven" chair for advanced studies in piano and chamber music performance at the University of Music of the Lugano Conservatory.
