Entered Unitarian ministry, 1868, ordained 1879. Pastor, Milwaukee, 1868-1870, E. Lexington, Massachusetts, 1871-1872, St. Paul, 1877-1883, Hinsdale, Illinois, 1887-1889, Rochester, New York, 1889-1908 (pastor emeritus). Author: Of Making One’s Self Beautiful, 1899.
