The firm of Street Clair and Levine is a law partnership which had its beginning in 1960 under the name of Marshall, Harshbarger and Street Clair. Sam Harshbarger became a Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in the early 70"son
William Doctorate. Levine joined the firm in 1976 and the firm name was changed to Marshall, Street Clair and Levine. Subsequently in 1990, East. G. Marshall retired and the firm has since been known as Street Clair and Levine.
Both Street Clair and Levine are sons of lawyers.
Saint Clair"s father and great grandfather both practiced in West Virginia. Levine"s father was an attorney in Baltimore, Maryland. J. William Saint Clair, son of James West. Street Clair, joined the firm in 1989.
