Awarded Congressional Medal of Honor. Admitted to bar; member of New York Const. Convention, 1894; justice Supreme Court of the New York, January 1, 1896-December 31, 1909.

Achievements

Dickey received the Medal of Honor on June 10, 1896, for his actions at the Second Battle of Petersburg.
