Now retired. Successively chief of Personel Division, chief of Planning Division, Executive officer A.C., president Control Board, commanding officer Kelly Field (San Antonio, Texas), air officer 9th Corps Area (San Francisco), and chief of Supply Division. Appointed assistant chief A.C., July 17, 1926, rank of brigadier general, term of 4 years Colonel Air Service, United States of America, August 24, 1918-June 30, 1920.
