Supervisor and consultant for guidance and placement programs in Missouri, since 1978. Supervisor vocational funded guidance and placement special projects in Missouri, since 1978;R & D relations to Missouri special need, guidance and placement, since 1978.

Director research studies on evaluation Centers for At-Risk Youth, Missouri. Co-developer of a system of Studies., local plan format and handbook for guidance and placement programs in area vocational-technical schools statewide. Developer funding formula for vocational schools.
