West. Howard Ross was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1903, and began his practice in Wayne County. In 1915, he formed the partnership of Weygandt & Ross with former Common Pleas Judge William East. Weygandt, concentrating in civil and criminal trials.
Following Judge Weygandt"s death in 1930, he continued to practice under the name Weygandt & Ross in association with Karl East. Hoover, and later with his son, Ford G. Ross, until 1958, when he and Ford established Ross Law Offices. After Howard"s death, Ford was joined in the practice by Ford"s sons, William F. in 1975, and James H. in 1981.
